Warranty Policy

1. Statutory Conformity
All ACL-Synth instruments sold within the European Union carry the statutory 2-year conformity period required under EU consumer law, beginning on the date of delivery. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
2. What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:
- Component failure not caused by misuse
- Manufacturing faults in circuit boards, connectors, and enclosures
- Faults in factory-installed firmware that prevent normal operation
3. What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by liquid ingress, impact, or unauthorized modification
- Wear to controls, knobs, and finishes consistent with normal use
- Damage resulting from use of an incorrect or faulty power supply
- Instruments whose serial number has been removed or altered
4. Making a Claim
Please open a service request through our repair form, quoting your serial number and proof of purchase. We will confirm next steps before you ship anything to us.
Instruments purchased through an authorized dealer should be presented to that dealer first, as their own return and service terms may apply.
